Doors Open: 11:30am
Event starts: 1pm
First match: 1:15pm
The event finishes: 6pm

VIP ITINERARY
As a Courtside Hospitality guest, you can use the exclusive VIP Entrance at the Main Entrance of the Copper Box on Level 0. From here, you’ll be given your VIP pass, complimentary programme and shown into the VIP Lounge from where you’ll be able to access your Courtside seats.

COURTSIDE BAR SERVICE
As a courtside ticket holder, you will be able to order drinks direct from your seat with an at-seat service available throughout the afternoon.

GETTING THERE & ACCESS
VIP Ticket holders can use the Copper Box Main Entrance on Copper Street. Courtside Ticket Holders should use ‘Entrance B’ at The Copper Box. Once inside, Courtside Ticket holders can use the steps down from blocks 101, 103, 104 or 114 to access Courtside Seating, where you will receive a wristband to ensure you can continue to access the Courtside area throughout the event. Ticket holders can use either Entrance A or Entrance B at the Copper Box.

FOOD AND DRINK

No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the Copper Box Arena, except in limited circumstances on proven medical grounds. Only food and drink purchased in the Copper Box Arena may be consumed in the venue.

MERCHANDISE
A range of merchandise including official event programmes, t-shirts, drinks bottles, and the official Fast5 ball and mini replica balls will be available from the merchandise stand on the level 1 concourse.

COVID-19 POLICY

Spectators should not come to the Event if they need to self-isolate because they are displaying any Covid-19 symptoms and follow Government guidance on testing and self-isolation. Spectators should follow good hygiene practices, such as using hand sanitiser when entering the building and washing their hands regularly.

Spectators should self-isolate and take a PCR test if they have a high temperature, a new continuous cough, or a loss or change to their sense of smell or taste. They must also self-isolate if they have tested positive for COVID-19, live in a household with someone who has symptoms (unless they’re exempt from self-isolation), or have been told to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace.
